Take a genetically superior ethnic group.  Exile it under the harshest
imaginable conditions for a millennium and more in which all it has of
value is its brains and what it can carry in both arms at a run.  Now
kill off the bottom 85% of evolved survivors outright and have the top
10% - the smartest, the most aggressive, the richest - flee to the New
World that also hated them.  But the New World desperately needed
their mutant smart brains to itself survive.  The Manhattan Project
had more Jews/m^2 than Treblinka.

Late 1950s to late 1960s, the average New York City public school held
an ocean of Jewish kids with average 115+ IQs.  PS 208 IGC classes
*averaged* almost 140 IQ, 4th graders with slide rules and tested 12th
